但凤林，女，1990年7月生于贵州省思南县的一个书香世家，笔名山海兰，青年诗人、画家。
2009年考入广东省韶关大学学环艺设计，六岁开始练习书法。2020年开始习画牡丹，得益于中国葡萄王父亲但维德的言传身教，其间也有业余文学作品见诸于文学类刊物和人民日报海外版诗歌版，故用笔名山海兰。
青年诗人画家山海兰，她的牡丹图雍容富贵，形象逼真，用笔娴熟、细腻，真到每一朵花的花蕊足以以假乱真。牡丹花的花色在她的手上娴熟于心，跃然纸上的花瓣充满了生机的灵气，各色牡丹的华丽富贵、大气自如，似乎已不是我们观者的言语所能表达!总而言之，山海兰的牡丹图给人的印象:原来牡丹可以这样美，让人欲拥有之!

In 2009, he was admitted to Shaoguan University in Guangdong Province to learn environmental art design, and began to practice calligraphy at the age of six. In 2020, he began to learn painting peony, thanks to the words and deeds of his father, the Chinese grape king. During this period, he also published amateur literary works in literary journals and the overseas edition of People's Daily, so he used the pen name Shan Hailan.
